Welcome to Ms. Spectator's emporium of fine hand-crafted accessories for the discerning lady and gent. Here you'll find large statement piece for the dressing of the head, and smaller delicate glimmering beauties for the cuff, lapel, and hair.

I work with semi-precious stones, and hand embroider fine quality glass beads to make my pieces here at home in London, England. I love found objects and will occasionally embroider around choice treasures I find on my ramblings around town.

I look to history for a great deal of my inspiration, and in my I pieces strive for exquisite attention to detail and stunning colour choice.

Returns & exchanges

See item details for return and exchange eligibility.

Payment

I accept PayPal and credit/debit card payments. You can use your Etsy gift cards here too.

For custom orders, items will be posted once payment has been received in full.

As invoices are generated online, I save paper by not including invoices in packages. If you do need a paper copy of your invoice, please advise me of this when you are entering your payment details and I will be happy to oblige.

Shipping

I use Royal Mail First Class for smaller items, and Recorded Delivery for larger pieces.

International Orders will be sent by Royal Mail Air Mail, which has a delivery aim of 3-5 days for Western Europe, and 5-7 days for the rest of the world.

I aim to post your item within 2 days of receipt of order. Custom orders are order-specific, and I will communicate delivery estimates with you personally. Usually I will have a good idea of likely delivery times when you first make your enquiry.

Please advise me of any urgent delivery deadlines, for example for wedding custom orders.
